I had the idea to turn used soda cans into little storage cups which could sit out of the way but be pulled down as needed. The pegs snap in to the pegboard, but can still be removed if needed.

This design works with US 12oz cans, but the CAD model is based around a mockup of the can size, and could be adapted to other sizes easily.

To make the cans work in this, just open the tops up fully (after drinking, of course) with a standard can opener, and then rinse them out.
