HSW insert with M3 square nut and gluable plug for securing the nut permanently in place.

Use DIN 562 M3 nuts. Dimensions should be around 5.5 mm (side to side) x 1.5 mm (height).

Insert the nut into the base, apply superglue as far away as possible from the nut, and push the plug in.
