I made an minimalistic cableclip, thats fast printed and ads to your personal setup cable management.

The cable clip is made for an 6mm wide scable.  If you want some other sices just scale it. 
Formula: 100/6(16.66)* cable diameter= scale in% 
Keep in Mind that the stiking surface also changes.

The easiest way to Print is so lay it sideways like in the .STL file. 

To mount the cable clip i fist used screws, but i did not like that so i went to mount it with M3 double sidded tape.
