This is a remix of one of the gears remixed from: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/17838-extruder-nema-motor-rotation-indicators to work for the x axis on an MK3S/+. I should also note, that I took the dimensions for the cylinder from: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/99516-x-axis-indicator

No special print instructions, I did mine with a .3mm layer height which seemed to work well for me. 

I've only remixed the one I needed, but if you want to make your own I also included the cylinder that I used for my print. You can then just add it on top in prusaslicer, tinkercad. I did mine in tinkercad.
