Another Bowden coupling design that holds the 4mm PTFE tube in a secure grip.
Make sure to not over tighten, keep move a filament in the tube as you tighten the nut and stop when you feel the slightest friction increase, if possible try to insert a 1.9-2 mm steel wire while tightening to avoid to distort the tube geometry. Now you have a rigid Bowden connection.

Nut to body fit is tight and need to be cleaned up after print.
I had to use a couple of spanners to tighten it up,not a bad thing as long as you don't brake it.
It might be a good idea to try printing the nut at + a few% to make it run smoother.
I printed my body resting sideways on the square surface but the threads looks dreadful so I suggest printing it upright standing on the large thread (The end that takes the nut).
I printed the nut with the large opening against the bed and it came out great, a bit work to clear out the supports for the thread but it came out great in the end.
The small tapered "chuck" parts was printed with the curved side against the bed and also needed some sanding to clean up from supports.
Feel free to experiment with print directions and settings as you might come up with a better solution :D
