I tried the dilator by @Rieva_1598535 but it pinched my septum even when scaled up, so I redrew it based on the sketch provided. I also made the ‘paddles’ a bit deeper and reduced the depth of the ‘frame’. The F3D file is included in case anybody wants to tinker some more. I found the original greatly improved my breathing when I needed an urgent solution, and while looking into professional solutions.
