That's my 9-year-old daughter's brilliant idea of how she could help strays!
We would like to inform you that this is not a ready-made project but an idea that we cannot implement and we will need your help to make it real.
Each stray animal should have an RFID chip on its collar which helps the device recognize the specific animal and releases the amount and kind of food depending on animal’s needs and species.
The food container will have a scale to calculate if there is any food left and has not been consumed by the animal, so that the next time the animal uses the device less food will come out to the specific animal (the amount of food can be divided into portions so that the animal can consume food in doses or from 2 or more different devices in the area, but if an animal has reached the total amount of food it needs for the day the device will not take out any food from this or any other device).
At the top of the device there is a camera which records the animal and takes photos of it when it approaches. The material is sent to the vet to see if there is a wound or something that shows that the animal needs to be examined.
The device will also be connected to a drinking water and sewerage network to keep the water clean at all times.
When the food is near its end the device will send a signal and it will be refilled only by authorized people so that no one can put poisoned food inside or cause any other damage. (Anyone who will approach the device will be recorded)
We are looking forward to your suggestions and your help to make it happen !!!
Thanks in advance!
