Fixing the pin and slot mechanism

My print of the Iris Compass didn't work. The Pins of the Leaves were not properly pressed into the slots. The gap between the two ring halves was way to big for that. I don't know why.

I decreased the distance between the rings by 2mm and now it works great! The mechanism is very robust now.

If you have the same issue, you need to reprint just the inner ring. Hope it helps!

Easier assembly instructions

In my experience, there is a much easier way to assemble it, than described in the original post.
