I really like the way Generative design looks, so I made these bookends in Fusion 360. I designed these for a height of 5.212 inches or 132.4 mm. That info might be helpful if the scale on the .stl files is messed up like mine was.
FYI, the original 3rd generative bookend might be difficult to print. I printed one just fine, but then I changed to the sparkly red filament and had three fail in a row even after widening the base. So I filled in the base, and that seemed to work.
If you want to change around the base designs or even edit the organic geometry, I've included the fusion files and step files.
I didn't like how the foot on the beefy one looked, so I added one to be more like the dagger foot on variation 2.

How I Designed This ===================
I made the contact area and a temporary base plate using normal modeling and extrusion. I then went into the generative design portion of fusion (you should have access to it if you have an education account with a .edu email address). There, I defined the area where the table and books would be. Finally, I fixed the base and loaded the contact surface. I used 3 kPa of pressure for the more bulky looking bracket, and 2.5 kPa for the smaller one with holes, and 2.7 kPa for the one with diagonal support members. From there, I just exported to another design and put new bases on them for aesthetics. I've attached the fusion files (.f3d) and step files of all the iterations for your convenience if you want to play around more with them.
