Summary
Coupling attachment for a Vax Power Revive. The locking tabs on the old one had broken off, so I recreated this in Fusion 360.

The part was sliced with the openings to the sides and the press tabs to the front and rear. This is just as is shown in the CAD model attached. This will ensure we take advantage of the strength of the layers in the press tabs.
