Summary

This is a custom 3D-printed enclosure for a low-cost PIR motion sensor lamp (AliExpress type), redesigned to use a standard 18650 Li-ion battery instead of the original low-quality built-in cell.

The internal layout fully follows the original lamp design. The PCB keeps the same shape and mounting logic as the stock version, but the enclosure is slightly enlarged to accommodate an 18650 battery.

The case includes an openable battery compartment, allowing easy battery replacement when needed.

Two mounting variants are provided:

Standing version – for placing on a table or shelf
Hanging version – for wall or suspended installation
The model is designed specifically for the Guangzi BR-2616C lamp PCB.

The PCB is fixed using 2 × M3 screws
