Made this assembly for my home gym. The end part can easily fit an Olympic bar diameter. I have been able to do with it various back workouts and other body parts workouts.

The maximum weight I put was around 100 lb on the bar from one end without any issues.
Infill % was
Bolt and Nut = 70%
Bar Connect V0 & Bar Floor V2 = 20-30%
