BLTouch/3DTouch mount for the Mellow NF BMG Wind / BMG Aero extruder, compatible with Volcano hotends.

Based on the version from the duct. Changes:

• Holes for nuts expanded by 0.5mm (mine absolutely did not fit)
• Middle section removed
• Top cut off by 2mm

(There's also a non-volcano version included with only the nut change.)
