Summary
My brother broke his glasses (he bent and snapped the metal that connects the leg to the frame side hinge.) So I took a picture of the broken leg and traced it to create a .dxf which I used to create a replica leg. Then I extruded a small part of the fatter end of the leg and I created a hole for the remaining metal to fit inside. Unfortunately the hinge was completely useless so this leg had to be glued in place with 5-minute epoxy. I have uploaded the .dxf as well as the .stl in case you need to make some minor adjustments.

You may need to fix the glasses in place with some sticky tack or tape while the glue dries so that the leg angle is correct. I also recommend 5-minute epoxy or something stronger to hold this in place.
