Summary
I printed the brackets for the ends of the vslot. Unfortunately, there isn't any tolerance for PLA shrinkage, so the fit was very tight. The bracket is also very weak, easily breaking. So I made some changes so it would fit better, be stronger, and look nice. Changes made:
- shortened both sides of the base. Less to print
- took out some material to lessen printing time
- added a strong sweeping radius across the entire bend to strengthen it
- made the vslot hole go all the way through for easy height adjustment
- added a hole to the front to run a bolt through to a tslot nut to hold the extrusion more securely.
Personally I will also add some LED lightning to my pop, so I wanted some extra strength for any increased weight. Any additional changes or enhancements will be posted as I work my way through the parts.

I printed this using .3 layer height, infill of 25% with connected infill grid pattern, 4 walls/shells. 4 layers top/bottom. At these settings, the part is very strong.

Since all I had was the STL files, I used Tinkercad to make my changes.
