I use PTFE tubes with a diameter of approximately 6mm on the outside and 4mm on the inside. So I made this remix to fit that dimension.

I also added an extra tight part that locks the tube in place with friction.

You could probably use this without a tube as well.

The threads ended up fairly tight, so I had to use a bit of force the first time I screwed the pieces together. Should not be printed in low resolution, as that would make the threads too tight.
