Summary
There are many skimmer baskets here but I couldn't find the right one for my above ground pool with a Hayward brand skimmer. So I made one that came out fantastic. I didn't wand to glue or weld the rim on so I made "breakaway" supports for the rim. That worked GREAT! Although I needed to trim some material with an exacto knife.
I also made a handle for it that snaps in nicely. Then I made an extention handle that snaps into the side holes so I don't have to bend down so far. That worked out nice too.
This was my best print yet.

Notes:
I printed it with top and bottom layer "lines" but if I print it again I would use "Concentric".
No need for support because it has "breakaway" support for the rim. Use a pliers with a flat end and twist them off. Then trim up with a knife.
Post-Printing
Breakaway supports
Just break off with pliers and trim with a knife.
How I Designed This
I used Fusion 360 and took dimensions from my broken basket. Since I knew the size of the side holes, I made a snap in extension handle to fit it.
