Summary

I remixed the CR10S Pro LCD Bracket to fit the CR10 Max. The case if a little taller in the front and the top had to be modified so the sled wouldn't hit it. All good now to get a more standard screen in place.

There are 2 versions of this screen case. The CR10S Pro v2 has a screw right in the middle that can be used, but that screw is different on the Max. So you can either drill a hole in the bottom of the case to mount this, or you can use double-sided tape. Both work perfectly well.
