I scaled the original F# tuned flute to D, and had to modify the parts to make it fit into Bambu Lab. The flute works and sounds great! As far as my severy lacking skills can measure the pitch, it's perfectly in tune (A = 440Hz). The sound is beautifully deep and soothing with some nicely complex overtones. Sound sample (beginner):

As the scaling made the sidewalls thicker as well, I also made a version with slightly thinner walls (4mm vs 5mm). Internally they are identical.

For the thicker version there are both the original straight top part as well as a redesigned one with an angled mouthpiece. The thin version only has the angled part. Internally they are all identical.

All the mentioned versions are included, as well as a .3mf file for a ~6hr print on a Bambu Lab.

The block eagle does require supports.

Sand flat the block bottom and it's opposing plane on the top part. Their connection needs to be airtight.

File a bevel in the insides of the joints. This allows them to fit better.

I recommend using a masking tape on the top surface right up to the glue joints to protect the surface. Use a suitable glue on the male sides of these connections to glue the three pieces together one by one. DO NOT GLUE THE BLOCK/BIRD/FETISH!!! Wipe excess glue off right away and let it dry following the glue’s usage instructions without moving the parts at all. Only then remove the masking tapes. Then move to the next joint.

I scaled the original F# flute strictly based on the wavelength ratios, at 125.9921%. To make it fit the Bambu Lab I shortened the joints and the mouthpiece.

For the thinner version I decreased the outer diameter from 38.something to 36.0 mm. I also redesigned the mouthpiece section to be angled since this is quite a large instrument. I think it helps.
