Info: The small scope you can see on the pictures is the open hardware 4 channel scope DSO203 or DSO QUAD.

You need:
Arduino Nano, AD9850 board (the cheap one from China), 12 PCS momentary micro switches, On/Off switch, 2 PCS female BNC connector for panel mount, 9V battery connector, 10x70mm prototype PCB board, some cables.

Take the wiring and keyboardlayout out from the simple outline picture.

DONT FORGET THE GND WIRING FOR THE BNC CONNECTORS
