Post-Printing
I ran a tap though the hole, then threaded the screw into the hole so the top of the head is inside the hex void.
The void is filled with epoxy. I taped the screws upright to the edge of a table until the epoxy was set up.
Let the epoxy cure, then they are ready to use.
How I Designed This
I measured the screw and modeled the screw. The outside edge has a texture to make the head easier to grip. The head fits inside a void in the center so epoxy can be filled inside over the screw head. When the center is filled with epoxy, it will lock into the screw driver slot on the top of the screw. The inside void is a hex shape so the epoxy core will not spin.
As always, I have included the 123D Design file so you can modify the file. The 123D file includes the screw blank.
