Simple throttle lock (aka cruise control) for Kawasaki Ninja 400 motorcycle.

Uses a standard M3x20 o-ring for tension, you can use M2 or M2.5 and ID of 20 to 22 also if you have those available but they may slip slightly or break after a while.
