Note: Apologies to the ones who had seen my previous glider model on MakerWorld, it has been deleted due to a model update verification issue with it, and when I tried republishing it on the same website I encountered the same issue again. After MakerWorld replied to my ticket, they said the verification will take up to 24 hours for certain models, which was so unexpected considering that it usually takes a minute or two to verify and plus I'm not used to such model verification durations yet. So I temporarily gave up posting on MakerWorld and rather just upload my subsequent designs on Thingiverse and Printables until MakerWorld makes model verification much faster to meet my standards. However, only V1.1 exists on this model. V1.0 has been deleted for good.
This is my attempt into designing my very own glider from scratch, taking inspiration from some other models. After 3 failed prototypes and a successful failure V1.0, I am finally able to share V1.1 to the community, featuring improved structural design to ensure actually "superior" strength.
Please take note of the following points:
Bend both front and back wings up slightly to ensure optimal flight performance.
I don't recommended using third-party PLA for durability reasons. Even using durable filament may not make the glider the strongest.
Please note that it is recommended to set the first 6 layers to 0.1mm for superior strength! To do this, simply add a height range modifier by right-clicking the object and selecting "Height range modifier" and set the range to "0" mm to "0.6" mm. Then just change the modifier's layer height to 0.1mm, along with the initial layer height. However, ensure you have bed leveling on or else the print might fail!

Disclaimer: "Superior" strength doesn't mean it's 100% unbreakable. Under extremely hard impacts, the back of the wings may start to form white beige areas, which marks a stress point. Once it could no longer handle the impacts, the printed walls will break apart and rip through the plane's wings.
