BIBO Touch 2 Dual Extruder 3D Printer Flexion Extruder Bracket:
Installing the Flexion Extruder isn’t too hard but does take a bit of extra work. All of the materials I used to make this work are from the 3D printer except for the electrical tape:

• The 3D printed bracket
• 2 screws from the bottom electrical plate
• 2 white plastic spacers found on the screws above
• Electrical tape
  Make sure to follow the instructions and USE THE ELECTRICAL TAPE WHERE NEEDED. I am not responsible for any damage. Everything should work great if you follow the instructions.

1. The Flexion Extruder sits higher than the top of the extruder motor so you need to print the bracket to act as a spacer between the motors and the top mount. Print the bracket with the holes facing down so no supports are needed. I used a 60% infill, 3 walls, and a 0.1200 layer height.
2. Unscrew the 4 screws located on the top mount which act as spacers currently before installing the Flexion Extruder.
3. Follow the instructions supplied by Flexion for installing the extruder with one change. As the hotend comes with the shorter PTFE tube inserted, the nozzle will sit too high and not be able to reach the print bed. It will also be higher than the screws holding the extruder assembly together which won't work. Remove this PTFE tube and use the longer one that is also provided in the kit (meant to be used at the top). Flexion instructs you to push the hotend against the cooling block for a proper fit. Try this and make note of where the end of the PTFE tube meets the extruder gear. Now push the hotend with the longer PTFE tube so that the PTFE tube is in the proper position (tight against the gears) and tighten the screw on the cooling block. You can order a short length of PTFE tube, cut it in the 'V' shape and use it at the top if needed. I have not had any trouble with it so far.
4. The BIBO 3D Printer hotends are not compatible with the Flexion cooling block so you will want to purchase a dual Flexion kit or buy a true mk10 hotend for the second extruder.
5. Once you have finished with Flexion’s instructions, place the bracket in between the motors and top mount with the screw holes facing up and to the front of the extruder. Screw the front to screws directly into the new bracket. The original 2 screws that hold the top mount to the extruder assembly are not long enough. I took 2 of the 4 screws that hold the bottom plate under the 3D Printer and used them. Place 1 white spacer first for each screw (they are already on the 2 screws) and then thread the screws through the top mount and tighten them down.
6. Finally, the bed will not lower enough for the new nozzle height. Remove one spring and the washer from each of the 3 leveling screws on the bed. Put electrical tape on the black bracket under the solder points of the wires for the heated bed so that they cannot come in contact with the black bracket.
7. You are now done!
