Rode (RØDE) Boom pole (Boompole) 3/8" Screw replacement

Original 3/8" screw is made of brass, which is relatively soft material that easily strips off.
Mine did, and I replaced with regular 3/8" tripod screw with some printed parts.
As you can see it's simple 2 washers with appropriate size and compression-proof design.
Works really well and even stronger than the original.
