My old house has a built in toothbrush holder that is too small for newer toothbrushes.

Any 3D print that will get wet in the bathroom or kitchen MUST be waterproofed.
Otherwise they get dirty and moldy fast.
Spray paint the holder with good paint (auto enamel is best) before using it.
