Based on other GoPro to Mobius mounts on Thingaverse, this mount allows 90 degrees or greater rotation by lengthening the lugs. This mount was designed with the GoPro Sportsman Mount as the primary application.

I also had difficult fitting the other things to my Mobius mounting plate, so I have included the 123d file. Using the push/pull on the surfaces of the clip you can fine tune the design to your printer/Mobius.
