bulb enemas usually suck as they have holes blast on the sides spraying everything with water, this is a simple fix, one hole smooth taper, and it will fit in most generic bulb enemas.
always best for easy rear play preparation.

small issues may happen where the threading is to thick, simple sanding or light cutting will fix this
