I created this very simple latch hook yarn cutter to produce 2.5" pieces of yarn. Simply roll the yarn over the portion with the groove, then slice the yarn with scissors or a razor blade.

you can edit it on (3D builder) to remove or reshape it to your desire.

infill 10% is more than enough. speed should be reduced to 50 if your Ender3 is stock.
