Handle to use with cable pulley system, elastic bands or weight plate loading pin.
Pictures are from the resized model, it will fit most hands comfortably (about 10cm hand space)

To complete it, I used:

-M8 lock nut and washer
-M8 'ring nut' (don't know the correct name for this one :-) )
-M8 threaded rod, about 13-14cm, depending on the ring nut.
