Used Tinkercad to trim off the surrounding panel in original model, mirrored and flattened the design to create a detailed bottom.

Not the most refined work, but if you want a fairly realistic feather for whatever purpose, here you go!

Print with supports @ high resolution for best results (bonus points for resin machines).
