This is a two part hook. One base and one hook / mounting ring / loop. It is meant to be printed in two parts, lying down, which allows the hook to be stronger had you printed it in one shot.
If you print these parts at 150%:
--the screw holes will accept drywall screws
--printing with supports helped a lot
--the bevels are 45 degrees if you want to add your own implements to the base.
