I ran into a pickle as the wood behind the plastic plate for the cable (TV, Internet, etc) outlet broke and I needed a longer plate to screw in properly in the wood, somewhere where the wood was not broken.

Not sure if anyone can make use of it, but here we go.

No supports, 20%, PLA, etc.
