I put in a new backsplash at a specific height that was half way up around existing outlets. I wanted to fill in the gap after adding height to the outlets. This thing is super simple, but it does the trick. I needed 10mm, so this is 10mm high. I can see the legs needing to be lengthened or shortened for specific cases.
