Optimized for flawless printing on FDM machines (like the Creality Ender series):
Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS
Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm
Wall Line Count / Perimeters: 4 perimeters (At a 1.6mm wall thickness, this creates a solid, structurally rigid shell with zero weak infill gaps).
Layer Height: 0.2 mm or 0.28 mm
Infill: 15% (Only needed for the small floor transition gap; the walls print completely solid).
Supports: None! (Ensure your bridging settings are tuned for the small horizontal step on the base).
📦 How to Assemble / Use
Base Plate: Render and print the base_grid to line your drawer or desk workspace. The interlocking male/female dovetail joints allow you to expand the grid infinitely.
Bins: Render your desired X and Y sizes (e.g., 1x1, 1x2, 2x2) and drop them into the grid.
Stacking: Stack multiple layers vertically to fully utilize high drawers or shelving units.
