Update November 4, 2025: At the request, I’ve added a configuration with a 120-millimeter semi-circular cut version.

This is a template used for milling handles at the bottom of cutting boards. The handle measures 85 millimeters (approximately 3-1/8 inches) in width and 38 millimeters (approximately 1-½ inches) in depth. The template includes a center marker and a front shield to ensure it remains perpendicular to the board. Adjust the Z-axis height in the slicing software to match the depth of your milling cutter. Any filament should work properly; I used PLA.
