This is a sharpening block specifically designed to hold 3-inch x 8-inch Sharpal diamond sharpening stones, but it should also work well with other types of sharpening stones. It features a cutout to conserve material, and a groove on the bottom for placing the anti-slip pad included with the sharpening stone to enhance grip. No supports required; PLA performs well, with 15% infill and 2–3 layers of wall height being sufficient.
