I found some Ikea lack extension here and there, but not a parametric one. If you have time feel free to add more features like holes in the shoe wall or less shoe walls. 

Inner shoe dimensions are default to 50.5 mm  (50 mm fitted but was super tight).

Default extension height is set to 60 mm, shoe height to 40 mm and shoe width to 5 mm, but they can be changed
