3D model description
I found the .obj files here:

I modified the parts to print easier. My prototype did not have the fill in the model provided, so it's got some ugly hollow spots. It still turned out ok.
20% Infill, 0.1mm layers, about 3 hours print time.
About 6 hours painting.
