This remix adapts the original Multiboard deburring tool holder by JoKneeMo to support the common hex-handled deburring tool (example: https://a.co/d/5BaNzVB
). The internal tool cavity has been completely redesigned with a full-depth hex profile sized for these smaller tools, while preserving the original design’s blade case holder and single integrated Multiboard snap mount.
Only the internal tool pocket was modified — all external dimensions, alignment geometry, and Multiboard compatibility remain unchanged, ensuring seamless integration with existing Multiboard setups.
This design continues to follow the Multiboard component guidelines, including the use of the Moderate Weight Bearing Snap, originally defined here by JoKneeMo:

Material: PLA or PETG
Layer Height: 0.20 mm
Infill: 15%

Orientation: Print upright as provided
Chamfer: 1.0 mm entry chamfer for easy tool insertion

I may upload an additional variant later that supports interchangeable bushing inserts for different tool sizes or profiles.
