Inspired by some others I saw that didn't meet my needs, I designed this simple box in TinkerCAD to hold used safety razor blades.  The text embossing was added in Orca Slicer.  The lid fits nicely but a drop or two of CA glue will seal it closed if desired.

Printed in Sunlu PLA+2.0 Red, and White on my Elegoo Centarui Carbon with Canvas (less than 45 min).
I used 3 walls, no supports, 15% gyroid infill.  However, I'm pretty sure that your preferred slicer settings and filament(s) will be fine.
