Mini assembly bulldozer
I. Design inspiration
This is a cartoon mini engineering bulldozer assembly model, which is divided into three sets of parts: the body, the shovel, and the gear-patterned wheels. It uses four M3 screws to fix the four wheels, restoring the classic yellow loader shape. It can be used as a children's puzzle assembly toy and a desktop decoration, and is also suitable for mechanical assembly training and 3D printing novice practice making.
II. 3D printing process
The body, bucket, and wheels are all printed using PLA filament. The entire model features rounded corners without sharp edges or large exposed curved surfaces, with only a small amount of support under the wheels. The wheel axle holes are precisely designed to fit M3 screws, with a pre-set assembly clearance of 0.1mm. There's no need to enlarge the holes after printing, and the four screws lock smoothly, making assembly and disassembly simple and straightforward.
III. Structure and Function
The modular assembly structure features four wheels each secured by an M3 screw, allowing the wheels to roll freely. The front-mounted removable bulldozer shovel replicates the appearance of real engineering operations. The rounded body offers high safety and is compact in size, making it suitable for both children's playtime and as a decorative display piece on a desk, vividly demonstrating the assembly structure of screw fastening.
