This model should print well using STL.

PETG:

If you want to use a filament with higher shrinkage after cooldown like PETG, I suggest scaling the model by 1 or 2 % for PETG in your slicer for the toothbruh to fit well. However slight scaling probably won't be a problem in any case, right.

I suggest printing on the front side without supports.
