This tool is designed to act as a precision alignment and threading guide for 5/8x24 threads on .357 / 9mm calibers. It ensures your threading tool or suppressor sits perfectly concentric to the bore.

Standard bore rod diameter is set for .357 , but it is fully customizable!

🖨 Print Settings for Maximum Precision: To ensure this guide functions as a true precision tool, follow these settings:

• Material: PLA+ or PETG (PLA is preferred here for its rigidity, preventing any flex during alignment checks).

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm or 0.16 mm (Lower layer height ensures smoother surfaces and better concentricity).

• Infill: 50% to 100% (Straight lines or Gyroid) for maximum stiffness.

• Wall/Perimeters: 4 to 6 perimeters (Crucial to make the rod completely rigid).

• Orientation: Print it vertically with a generous Brim (8-10mm) to ensure it doesn't wobble or detaching from the bed during printing.
