It has magnets imbedded in it, to insert, make a pause in your slicer and insert during the pause. Make sure that you fully insert the magnet, or else the nozzle might catch on the medal.

!! - Make sure to turn on manual support to print the circle on top, if you dont it will fill the inner cavities.
