Remix of one of my favorite Filament Holder designs I've been using for years but needed one that hangs under a shelf above my RatRig Vcore3

Most Hanging Spool designs I see don't use bearings so wanted one with them for how smooth it is. 

Everything was printed using PETG, used 4x Walls/25% Infill on the parts needed the Heat Inserts. Supports are not needed
