I uploaded and printed an awesome complete Router Jig for my Dewalt palm router DCW600, which I adapted from a Ridgid one (you can find it here: )
But it was missing handles to operate the jig, so I found a set that takes a 2 1/2" hex bolt with a 1/4-20" thread and a nut... I used stainless steel to ensure they don't rust in my truck or my garage.

--- It's 4" tall and has a 1" diameter handle - a 7/16" nut can fit through it.
I used PETG for its durability and flexibility. I threaded the nut on the bolt and gently hammered it into the top of the handle until it sat flush in the handle, then removed the bolt and placed it underneath where it belongs.
0.4mm nozzle on my Ender 3 V3 Plus, black CR-PETG from Creality and settings at 0.3mm (yes!! it prints so much faster!!) and 0.4mm wide with a 0.5mm rim. AND I added some support on the outside on four sides to help it stay put the whole way since I have a bed slinger!!! I just use the painter tool to place the anchor about 3/4-1" from the base and it worked great!!!
- 3 walls for rigidity with a 1.2mm bottom (that's the holding power) and a 1mm top for sturdiness, then infill at 15% Adaptive Cubic.
Printed like a charm!!!! ; )
