These are the thin film silicon wafer holders that i designed for my lab. We do a lot of spin coating to make thin film samples and this is the excellent holder for that case, it might be useful for holding slides for microscope as well.

if you are downloading 1.5 by 1.5 cm holder scale X axis- 18.3 %, Y axis- 13% and Z axis - 100%

if you are downloading 2 by 2 cm holder scale X axis- 13 %, Y axis- 18.3% and Z axis - 100%

if you are downloading 2 by 2 cm lid scale X axis- 13.2 %, Y axis- 18% and Z axis - 100%

if you are downloading 1.5 by 1.5 cm lid, print as it is no need to scale anything
