I recommend printing at a 45º angle, with tree supports. This will allow the drain gutter to be printed perfectly without internal supports, and each level will have a minimum of support needed as well. If your slicer supports it, you may also want to slice off a small section of the bottom and increase the total area printed directly on the bed, however with a fast printer and low infill % that may not be strictly required.
