This is a sprinkler line plug. I ran out of plugs, so I designed this plug to plug up a line I didn't need anymore. Saved a trip to the store and gave me some time to work on optimizing printing small parts on my 3D printer. Enjoy!

Small parts should be printed at a speed that ensures the filament will not drift from the location it is applied to. I use Simplify3D software version 5.12 which allows the print settings to be adjusted to a safe speed...not to fast or not to slow. It also, provides an adjustment to print at slower speeds for layers that take less than a number of seconds, such as small diameter sections of this part which take less than so many seconds to print a layer, I reduced the speed down to 60% for a layer print time less that 5 seconds so the print detail came out nice for the plug diameter. It worked very well for this small part.

One more piece of advice. I started printing just two pieces and found that the second piece was not as detailed as the first piece. I figured this was because the filament did not have time to cool. I increased the number to 6 pieces, and the parts detail came out much better. I am sure, I could have adjusted the speed to correct this, but I was going to print a dozen parts, so I did batches of 6 with good results. Happy printing!
